We pride ourselves on our rapid service and aim to despatch all orders promptly: you should receive yours within 5-7 working days. If for some reason your parcel doesn't arrive within 10 working days, please contact us.
Returns
If at any time within 14 days of purchase, or for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase(s), we'll give you a full refund with no fuss*. It's all part of the Mangsho guarantee!
To do this, it would be really helpful if you could call one of our friendly Customer Relations Advisors on 020 3123 1988 or email info@mangsho.com first, as there are occasions when it may not be necessary for you to be inconvenienced by sending a product back to us.
Postage and packing (UK and Channel Islands)
POST FREE for orders £75 and over
For orders up to £74.99 - £4.25
Express delivery - normal postage and packing costs plus £5.00
These rates apply to each individual mainland UK delivery address. Regrettably, express delivery is not available to the Channel Islands.
Even though our normal service is fast, we also offer express delivery. The cost of this service, regardless of parcel size or weight, is a supplement of £5.00 over and above our normal postage and packing rates.
For online payments we accept both credit/debit cards as well as payments via Nochex. Both methods are completely secure and protected by our Global Sign 128-bit SSL encryption. We only currently accept online payment from cards issued by UK banks. Please contact us if you'd like to place an order but have a card issued by a non-UK bank.
Mainland UK
Place your order before 12 noon Monday to Thursday and we'll do our best to despatch your parcel the very same day. We can't make weekend deliveries so orders placed before 12 noon Friday will be delivered the following Monday and orders placed after 12 noon Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday. Express deliveries aren't made on public holidays. In all cases we will do our best to get your orders to you before the normal 5-7 working days.
We're unable to specify a time for express deliveries, delivery can take place anytime between 8am and 6pm and all express delivery parcels will need to be signed for on delivery.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly or the Scottish Highlands and Islands
Express delivery isn't guaranteed to certain remote areas. Where applicable, deliveries will be completed as quickly as possible.
Order tracking and history
If you've placed an order via our website, you can track its progress through our warehouse. Log in to my account and click on 'My Orders'.
* Postage is not refundable and the customer must bear the return postage fees. We recommend all returns are sent via recorded post as we cannot be held liable for missing items.
